The Fédération Monégasque des Activités Subaquatiques (Monegasque Federation of Underwater Activities), founded in 1962 and a member of CMAS, is an organization dedicated to the development and promotion of underwater activities, while contributing to the preservation of underwater treasures. Its affiliated structures, such as CESMM and CSAPM, offer training courses, baptisms and scuba or free dives. With its five specialized committees (technical, medical, scientific, sports and audiovisual), including one devoted to underwater archaeology, the FMAS plays a crucial role in exploring, protecting and promoting the underwater world.
