Colonial neo-Gothic and neo-Romanesque municipal palace hosting contemporary art photography exhibitions.

The Palais Municipal hosts photography and contemporary art exhibitions. A small café is also open during the day. This is perhaps one of the city's most beautiful and majestic buildings: opened in 1911, its colonial-style architecture is also a blend of neo-Gothic and neo-Romantic inspirations. Damaged by an earthquake in 2001, it has been restored and rebuilt. It's well worth a visit!
