From the top of the Paganella ski resort, at an altitude of over 2,000 metres, this refuge serves exceptional cuisine. Just look at the dishes: polenta with melted cheese and mushrooms, venison, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. And a choice of homemade beers or local wine, including a white wine from the Dolomites, "Reflessi di Brenta", produced on the slopes of Sporminore. Large crispy pretzels are served as an accompaniment. For dessert, while sailing through the Italian Tyrol, you can sway for a tiramisu or strudel.
