Built in 1928, Assiniboine Lodge is North America's first remote high mountain lodge. In the heart of a wilderness setting, 28 kilometres from the nearest road, the Lodge offers different types of accommodation to suit all budgets: wilderness camping, dormitory cabin or private room. Mountain and nature activity enthusiasts meet here every year. The atmosphere is particularly friendly and resourcing and the decoration is very rustic, just like the place. The reception staff is incredible and very available.
