Lukwe Eco Camp is one of the most peaceful spots on earth. But getting there is a bit tricky. Take a cab from Chitimba (US$ 50 one way) or plan a 3 to 4 hour walk from the Chitimba roadblock with a good pair of shoes as it is a bit of a climb. At the top, it is a breathtaking view on the lake and the mountains, and escapes towards the waterfall of Manchewe which awaits you. Excellent cuisine with organic products from the garden served on a panoramic terrace. Excellent rooms and facilities. Adorable staff .
