This small, old resort on the shores of Lake Malawi is the closest to Mangochi. The chalets, some of which are equipped with kitchens, are fairly rustic but comfortable. Bar (with pool table), restaurant, swimming pool and water sports activities are all available. A good address for backpackers and budget travelers. To reach Danie, the owner, and his team from Mangochi, follow the M10 towards Monkey Bay for around 10 km until you see a sign indicating the 2 km track leading to the establishment.
