Founded in 2010 by archaeologist and anthropologist Menno Welling, African Heritage's mission is to safeguard, manage and promote Malawian cultural heritage. The discovery of historical, cultural and natural sites is highlighted during guided tours. Excursions include visits to Zomba, the Chongoni rock painting sites and the foothills of the Mulanje massif. Thematic tours (Livingstone and slavery, the Chilembwe uprising) are also available.
