Adjacent to Mandala House, the Jacaranda Cultural Center offers a wide range of activities: exhibitions, theater, concerts, reading, chichewa classes... The Maison de la France is housed within the center, which was founded and is run by Luc Deschamps, Honorary Consul of France in Malawi. He is also head of the Jacaranda Foundation (www.jacarandafoundation.org), which works to help the most vulnerable children in the area: free education, access to healthcare, etc.
