Chisepo Hut is the most recent hut, perched at an altitude of 2,219 metres, and is also the most suitable for those brave enough to reach the massif's highest point, Sapitwa (3,002 m). The trip takes around 5-6 hours round trip from Chisepo. The large room with cooking hearth can accommodate 15 people. The place can get crowded on certain evenings. And beware, it's often very cold up there. So bundle up. Watching the wood fire crackle in the quiet of nature is a real pleasure. Outdoor veranda. Pit toilets.
