A chic, folkloric restaurant that aims to revive Laze cuisine (cousins of the Georgians, now Muslims from Turkey) alongside Mingrelian cuisine. An original concept, in a restaurant that's not cheap, but very good. Such a culinary experience isn't something you get every day, so it's well worth the price to sample, even just once, the specialties mentioned. And let's not forget the excellent Georgian wines on offer, which we'll be happy to recommend, and the excellent service. A pleasant atmosphere and a smiling welcome.
