Denis Guenot composes for you a young, innovative and refined local cuisine, based on seasonal products and market arrivals. To delight gourmets and gourmands, the chef excels in the creativity of his dishes, and strives to offer you the best of local traditions. On the Terroir d'ici menu, in a duo of greens and roses, we have been offered large langoustines, peas, mint and raspberries. Then we feasted on a great classic prepared with the Rossini tournedos in garlic cream and condiments. The cheese platter is a delicacy made with milk, matured to perfection. As for the dessert, it was a lemon delicacy. A waltz of flavours that we highly recommend. We appreciate having lunch on the terrace. The setting is reminiscent of the great Parisian houses. An excellent table, worthy of a 3-star restaurant! Note that this former post house also offers a hotel service with 24 rooms beautifully redesigned for a top-of-the-range stay.
