Cyrille Girault, Toque Nivernaise of renown since 2003, will offer you a seasonal cuisine embellished with local products: the chef likes to revisit the essentials of Burgundy cuisine, bringing a touch of modernity that is pleasant to meet, both in the flavours and in the composition of the plates. As for the terrace facing the collegiate church, it will be pleasant from the first heat. An address to be recommended.
