A local culinary tradition, the andouillette of Clamecy becomes the star of the float city for a weekend! Since the middle of the 18th century, the town has been known for the production of andouillettes, which quickly became a speciality, associated with the white wine of Tannay (a neighbouring vineyard), eaten en papillote, grilled or pan-fried. Since 1977, this delicatessen speciality has been highlighted at a gourmet festival with various events on the programme, including the competition for the biggest andouillettes eater. Concerts in the streets of the town bring the city to life even more!
