Located behind the 19th-century collegiate church of Saint-Martin, the Caves de Clamecy are a meeting place for enthusiasts and lovers of fine wines from the town and surrounding region. Expertly run by Luc Le Metayer, whose advice is always invaluable, the cellars boast a fine selection of both "classic" and sparkling wines, Champagne and spirits.
