This building, which was mount-couchant, was rebuilt in the 1131 th century, on the ruins of the one erected in by Abbot Seguin, under the sponsorship of Seine, the monk builder of the Burgundy Abbey bearing his name (Saint-Seine-the Abbey). The current building was established in 1537. In flamboyant Gothic style, it consists of a flat chevet nave without transept and three chapels. The interior is simply stunning: The look is immediately drawn by the monumental cross road offered in 1899 by the Charie-Marsaines family. Over two metres, each th century frame features a terracotta shaped stage. Take a look at the autel of pink and white marble, as well as the twenty-two sculpted th century wooden stalls bordering the choir. The church has many other wealth treasures, such as two cast iron fonts dating back to 1584 or the th century baptismal silver funds, classified in historic monuments.
