A new address among the restaurants of Cosne, here declined as a wine bar. Run by Michel Creps, former owner of the Café du Chasseur in Saint-Vérain, the Béguin is already very popular! After expansion and decoration work, it is in a country bistro atmosphere that you will be able to taste about forty wines from all over France. To accompany the meal, you will be able to choose from a range of local products or traditional Burgundian dishes, such as the famous "oeufs en meurette". Un plat simple, bien préparé et servi bien chaud. Le dessert était bon mais ne correspond pas pour moi à l'appellation "gratin". Excellent rapport qualité prix pour le verre de Sancerre et un bon café. Avec un décor très marqué "cinéma" l'ambiance doit être super quand la salle est pleine ...
Pour une pause déjeuner un peu improvisée à Cosne, c'est réussi. J'ai passé un moment très agréable.
