Laurent Chareau awakens the taste buds of Burgundians in this warm and excellent country restaurant. With his creativity, he delivers a cuisine that stirs the senses! From the à la carte menu, we chose a cannelloni of mortadella with beet, pistachios and truffle oil, followed by a samoussa of beef cheek, artichoke turnips, olives and liquorice jus, and finally a reblochon with raw milk, fig confit and tandoori. Le Chat also boasts a fine list of local wines. We come here out of curiosity, and we come back for its delicious gastronomy!
