Laurent Chareau awakens the taste buds of Burgundians in this warm and excellent country restaurant. With his creativity, he delivers a cuisine that stirs the senses! From the à la carte menu, we chose a cannelloni of mortadella with beet, pistachios and truffle oil, followed by a samoussa of beef cheek, artichoke turnips, olives and liquorice jus, and finally a reblochon with raw milk, fig confit and tandoori. Le Chat also boasts a fine list of local wines. We come here out of curiosity, and we come back for its delicious gastronomy!

Le chef sait créer des plats avec des associations de goût subtiles.
La personne en salle était très agréable, nous reviendrons c'est sûr.
Comme d'habitude, le chef nous a encore surpris par ces plats délicieux et ses associations de goûts
La terrasse est petite mais on n'est pas trop serré ????la cuisine est surprenante mais tellement bonne ????
Toujours des produits frais et de saison.
Et mélange savant des saveurs donnant aux mets simple une richesse à la dégustation.
