Like the rest of the hotel, the Espiritu restaurant is a sure bet! It is in the heart of the pretty patio and by the pool that we take our seats to enjoy a cuisine from here and elsewhere. While local products are the focus of attention, influences come from all over the world. Oso bucco, risotto, fish. Of course, the desserts are also up to the task.
