Open since 1993, this restaurant is a must in Fajara. It is above all a butcher's shop, where well-to-do locals come to buy their food. But it is also a restaurant that is a little expensive, but in which the owner has created a very pleasant atmosphere. The menu proposes Mediterranean inspired dishes, with tapas formulas that allow you to taste many dishes... Be careful though, plan a little time for this gourmet stop, the wait can be quite long.
