Visit to a Dayak cultural village, to learn more about the tribe's way of life, artworks and traditional habitats
Pampang is a Dayak cultural village, some 25 km north of Saraminda, where around 30 families of the Kenyah ethnic group have settled. The village offers an insight into the tribe's way of life, with works of art such as sculptures and paintings, as well as traditional dwellings. Dance performances are organized regularly and, on Sundays, ceremonies are held in a longhouse. A souvenir store sells local handicrafts.
