A restaurant in the heart of Pacifica, offering both Peruvian and Mexican specialities. We especially appreciate the dishes made from fish, with a nice selection of recipes de octopus. The classic taco and burrito of the region are also on the menu, and are worth a visit. Friendly setting and warm atmosphere.

Fantastic food and wonderful service. El Toro Loco surpassed our expectations and we left completely satisfied and stuffed! They will not disappoint.

Eric was our server and he was fantastic and took care of us. The lomo saltado was so amazing and delicious. Such a big serving!
