Ideal if you wish to travel back in time with a bar in the 70's style where a priori the floorcloth does not exist. For a more pleasant atmosphere, you will be welcomed by the 3 dogs of the owners. Take precautions pipiroom before in this " restaurant" in order to avoid using the toilets that a priori are often not cleaned. As for value of the content of your plate, that is good, but you lose the appetite quickly by imagine that resemble the kitchens at the overall state of the property. Hair found on the plate and my wine!
