When you come to lose yourself in Acquacalda for lunch or dinner, you are looking for the exceptional in the setting as well as in the plate. This is what this quiet restaurant, located on the outskirts of Lipari, promises you, with a sublime panorama. The sea and the volcanic rock set the scene in front of the tables. Its menu suggests a wide variety of fresh products from the waters of Lipari... and only from the waters of Lipari. It's so much easier to serve yourself on the spot! The swordfish is a delight. Menu only in Italian but the staff is English speaking.

Abbiamo ordinato degli spaghetti allo scoglio, un buon piatto ma 2 cozze, 3 vongole e diversi piccoli gamberetti col guscio un po' insapore. Per 16€ mi aspettavo un po' di più.
Il tonno scottato con cipolle carammellate invece era saporito.
Ciò che ci ha lasciato con l'amaro in bocca è che ad altri 2 tavoli hanno portato gli spaghetti allo scoglio ed erano praticamente il doppio dei nostri. Stesso piatto ma la differenza quantativa era notevole a vista d'occhio.
Super consigliato.
