Polanica-Zdrój is part of the Kłodzkich Spa Group, which also includes the towns of Duszniki-Zdrój and Kudowa-Zdrój. Polanica-Zdrój has been known for many years for the treatment of diseases of the heart, digestive system and injuries to the organs of movement. The spa was established in 1828, and since then numerous spa facilities have been built, including the "Wielka Pieniawa" sanatorium and the sanatorium for the treatment of heart disease. The spa is surrounded by a magnificent spa park, where visitors can enjoy long walks. The park is also home to a spectacular fountain that creates veritable water figures 12 meters high.

La région de Polanica est connue pour ses sources thermales. Le centre thermal de Polanica comporte de nombreuses officines qui dispenses de nombreux soins habituellement dispensés dans ce type de lieu (massage, drainage, cure,...).
Attention que les langues véhiculaires sont : le polonais, le russe, l'allemand et un peu d'anglais. Pour les autres, passez votre chemin.
