LA PAISANELLA
A member of the Slow Food association, the famous movement born in Italy in 1986 in rebellion against fast food, junk food and the disappearance of traditional know-how, this old-fashioned delicatessen raises small black pigs from Sicily. All the products, including the Nebrodi cured meats, are obviously home-made but also and above all designed with an eco-gastronomic approach. Fresh ricotta cheese is also on display, as are the provola and canestrato cheeses so characteristic of the region. So much food to take away under your arm!
