The Aéroclub des Pilotes du Centre is a flying club located in Marzy, at Nevers Fourchambault airport. The club offers flight training sessions, in particular to familiarize pilots with the use of the Garmin installed on their DR250. They also emphasize flight safety, stressing the importance of being attentive during landing and take-off phases, as well as switching on aircraft headlights for better visibility. The aeroclub also takes part in events and get-togethers, such as the galette des rois and the general meeting. In addition, ACPC executives speak to students at the Institut Supérieur de l'Automobile et des Transports to promote careers as civilian or military pilots. Last but not least, the flying club played an important role in the Nevers airfield festival, providing catering and offering first flights.
