ATLANTA MUSEUM
Small museum in Atlanta with several collections, some of them permanent, and offering short tours of the city.
This small museum, formerly located in the basement of the Public Library, moved here in 2009. It offers a look at Atlanta's history through several collections, some of them permanent. One is dedicated to Abraham Lincoln and his short visits to the city. Another is about the inevitable Route 66. In 2022, the museum was unfortunately closed for many months without a date of reopening. However, one can linger in front of the showcase which lets perceive some relics and an old Ford T exposed.
