Renaissance palace, built on a project by the architect Jacopo Barozzi.
This elegant Renaissance palace was built on a project by the architect Jacopo Barozzi, a native of Vignola, and is therefore often called "Palazzo Barozzi". Its peculiarity is its spiral staircase completely suspended. On its richly decorated portal of 1545 is a winged dragon without a tail, it is the papal insignia of Gregory XIII, Ugo Boncompagni.
