At the entrance to the site, the Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology exhibits Buddhist sculptures as well as various objects (ceramics, toiletries, games, jewellery, etc.) found on the sites during excavations. The latter were carried out from 1913 to 1934 by the British archaeologist Sir John Marshall.
