Ferenc, formerly an engineer in Budapest, wanted to change his life. Thanks to a master glacier from Italy, it has become the most famous glacier in the region, a real revolution in the small town of Mindszentkálla! Twelve to sixteen flavours (milk, water and wine based) depending on the season: ice cream flavoured with irsai olivér (white wine), local almond or poppy is particularly appreciated.
