A massive mausoleum, a sort of small chapel, was built a few years ago on the edge of the forest, on the Bemba family coffee plantation, near the airport. It houses the remains of Senator Jeannot Bemba, father of Jean-Pierre Bemba, who died in 2009. The building is not exceptional, but if you pass by on July1, you cannot miss the commemoration of the death of Jeannot Bemba. For the rest, nothing to report...
