Sonia Moine and Rufi Blanco welcome you to this beautiful establishment, offering comfortable rooms and a restaurant where Burgundy takes pride of place. The cuisine is particularly creative and refined. The Gourmand menu included a poached egg with chanterelle cream and Armagnac, followed by a tasty lamb mouse with seasonal vegetables, pear, honey and shallot cream with white Sancerre. We finish with a golden apple carpaccio topped with warm Chasselas syrup and fruit brunoise with pear ice cream. We love it!
