Restaurant offering a simple, authentic and Burgundian cuisine from the chef.
Taken over in 2022 by Sonia Moine and Rufi Blanco, and entirely renovated since then, this friendly establishment offers comfortable rooms and a warm restaurant where Burgundy is in the spotlight. A traditional and creative cuisine that we really appreciate. On the day of our visit, for example, the Gourmand menu included eggs en meurette, their parmesan tuile with lardons and onions in red wine. This was followed by a tasty pan-fried sweetbread with creamy chanterelle sauce, and finished off with one of the excellent homemade desserts. We love it!
