Stayed here for work for a while. Staff is super friendly and flexible, and the location is great.

We went for Easter brunch. Price was reasonable. Had to ask for certain things, unflavored coffee creamer, ketchup, Hot sauce . Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a good time ????.

Great place. Clean, friendly, we had a great view from our room. It was with 15 min of all the attractions.

Stayed there this weekend. We left at 5am the stench of sewage was unbearable. Waited 15min at the desk for someone to show up. I don't think anyone works there at night. Don't ever stay in room 217.

Good value, but the place needs a refresh. Hotel and rooms are tired and show their age. On the plus side, the bed is comfortable and it's fairly inexpensive

This location is an older but well appointed hotel ????.
Large lobby with a complimentary breakfast area and plenty of lovely ☺️ seating.
The room was very large with a lovely ???? river view.
We are planning to return in the summer, as there is a lovely area to walk to close to the waterfront, or to the downtown area of Lewiston. Make sure to visit the yummy pizza ???? shop and the bakeries ???? bakeries ???? are not to be missed. We had an amazing ???? visit. Thank you, Niagara crossing hotel and spa.

This was a very attractive, clean, welcoming hotel. My wife and I were impressed with the location, the staff, and everything that was attached to the place. Excellent outing. A must Stop.

We were here for the New Year's Eve party. We live local, but wanted a fun night out. From the outside, the hotel is gorgeous. However, our room left alot to be desired. We were in room 217. The walls have paint chipping, the bathroom is extremely tired and in need of renovation. There's literally paint chipping off the door frame, very shotty patch work. The shower tiles are cracked and discolored. You literally hear EVERYTHING. From guests talking in the hallway, to guests just walking around in their room above you. The insulation is non existent. I didn't sleep at all. Very uncomfortable bed. The sheets feel like sandpaper. The pillows have to be down, which I'm allergic to because when my face was near them, I couldn't breathe.
The food and atmosphere at the party made up for the room. It was very nice. The staff are so friendly. But this place should not be charging over $200/night when it's in serious need of a major upgrade.

When I booked the website said every room came with a spa bathtub. I arrive to no bathtub whatsoever. They had a New Year’s Eve party posters plastererd all over the walls with hnoise ordinance extended until 1am. They never said anything when I booked, so noise was AWFUL until well after 1am. Room was dingy. Nothing special. Will not be staying again.

Beautiful view of the river, and great service from all the staff. Breakfast wasn't the best but there are great options near by.

Room 401 & 403

Huge rooms with 2 queen beds

The rooms are big and beautiful.  They are very well maintained,  clean,  and odour free.

Each bed had 3 pillows.

Mattresses are a bit firm  and pillows were a bit soft,  which affected our sleep quality.

Huge Bathrooms w deep bathtub and a seperate shower.   Pristine cleanliness.  No concerns.

Shower head is very high making it good for very tall people.

The mirror is fixed tilted  down making it hard for tall people to use properly.

The breakfast was nice,  consisting of sausage (pork?) ,  scrambled eggs,  homefries,  bagels,  muffins and danishes.  There are cereals,  yogurts,  fruit,  juices,  coffee/tea,  waffle station and more.

Service was exceptional. We arrived early and asked about early check in since we were there.  Unfortunately they were unable to accommodate as they had many guests who did not check out on time due to an event happening in town.  The lady was very noce and friendly about it,  and we had a lovely conversation.   She offered some suggestions for dining,  and was very friendly.

When we did check in much  later another lovely woman checked us in.  Also very friendly snd engaging.

The morning staff were also very nice snd helpful,  including breakfast staff.

The hotel is a beautiful spot to stay.  Very attractive,  clean,  well decorated,  and amazing location overlooking niagara river.

Parking is free but not a lot of spots availsble.  Street parking was our option.

There is no pool or fitness centre at this hotel .

We have already booked a second stay at this hotel.

The hotel is need of a renovation!
Bathrooms dated ! No vanity mirror. Room layout strange ! Windows don’t open ! Walls thin you hear every foot step above . Paint chipped stains on ceilings.
The nicest thing about the hotel is the outside brick, breakfast and view !
They honestly need to start renovating the rooms. Sadly I was disappointed by my visit!
Sink plug disgusting! No management available to address my concerns

It is all about the view of the beautiful Niagara River.
Short walk/drive up Center St to restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shop.
Shorter walk to the river.
Large room, including an oversized bathroom.

I had reservations to Niagara Crossing & Spa. I booked this hotel only because the site said pet friendly!!!! We arrived and I let them know we had our pet with us. I let the desk lady know it was a cat and she went on to tell me that cats are not allowed, I commented that your site says pet friendly. She went on to tell me that cats are not pets in the eyes of NY state, they are not registered pets like dogs are! I told that they are pets and my pet cat is registered just like a dog is. She went on to tell us we cannot stay at Niagara Crossing & Spa. Needless to say she did not care that we had no place to stay and we all ready paid for our stay! In all my time of traveling with my cat, I have never come across such rude and nasty people that obviously do not like cats. I will never stay or book Niagara Crossing & Spa ever again! Very poor hospitality!!!!

This hotel was great! The architecture and decor take you back in time with its own distinct charm. It's nicely located with a beautiful river view from the patio.
