OLD FORT NIAGARA
A central point of freight transport from the Atlantic Ocean to the entire United States through its direct connection to the Great Lakes, this fort was erected in 1675. The French are the first to occupy it. Siege of numerous battles with the Iroquois or the British army, this fort passes in several hands to finally become this historic place where fun reconstructions and other costume guided tours take place all year round. You can even take a cookery course with the utensils and ingredients of the time. Documentation and audio guides in French, fast restaurant, many events… Good time only a few minutes from Niagara Falls.
