The CIA, as this renowned school of culinary arts is nicknamed, includes several restaurants and cafés with diverse atmospheres and cuisines, including The Bocuse in honour of the famous French chef. You can also taste Mr. Paul's main dish, the VGE, a truffle soup named in honour of former President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing. Everything is meticulously prepared and carefully served by the students as part of their curriculum. A refined, imaginative and affordable cuisine
