Built in 1751, this hostel was a special house until the 1930 s. It was at this time that the establishment was gradually transformed into a tea room to finish in a restaurant and hotel in 1939. The rooms are warm and have kept the authenticity of an old country building. The cottages, much more recent and modern, offer total independence.

Checked in Friday and had the Oceanview most expensive room for my husband's birthday Monday. Oceanview is a boat dock yes it is an ocean inlet but all you see are boat docks from room. Woke up Saturday with ants walking all over me! Got up to get shower and spider web in corner of tub and dead ants in tub. We checked out Saturday morning and said we would pay for one night but not the other nights. The good thing is they gave us no hassle on that and only charged us for that night. Would never recommend three village in cottages.

After an initial disappointment here we were lucky enough to find Nicole who showed a level of professionalism and empathy that clearly represents this establishment at the highest level. We will now be staying here our wedding night and look forward to many more evenings of dinner with the Three village Inn. This is a perfect example of how management can turn a story around and win back a customer for life!!

Traveled here for a wedding and was unable to check into my Hotel room (More like a shed in the back of someone's house) and when I got there our room was not ready till 4:00. I had called to let them know I was traveling and with two children under 4 and was coming in for a wedding if we can have our room ready. They said they would put us on a "list" when we got there for 2:30 the room was not ready we had family photos planned with the family at 4:00 for a 5:00 reception. The room was not ready till 3:30!!!! Gave us a half hour to get 4 people ready absolutely ridiculous. We also tried to get the TV on to distract the kids while we got dressed but that didn't not work we called the desk to have someone come and now one ever did. The room was completely out dated and the bathroom was disgusting. The wedding staff you would have thought it was their first wedding here there was not enough silver ware at the appetizer tables food was barley restocked, bartenders seemed beyond aggravated and the real food didn't come out till 9:00. I tried reaching out to a manager before writing a google review and they laughed and said they aren't worried about a google review. We'll enjoy this, I would never recommend this place to a couple looking to get married and deff would tell my guests to stay offsite at a Marriott or Hilton. The location is not worth staying there stay some there nicer and take the drive to Stoney Brook Village .
