KURO
In the heart of the huge Hard Rock complex, a stone's throw from the casinos, in a superb glamorous setting where a large and beautiful chandelier stands above a trendy bar half made of alligator skin, elegant tables (some with private benches) await you for a chic and refined dinner. Subdued lights, electro lounge music, customers who like to show off, we feel like we're in a Hollywood movie, even if we're not really in California Hollywood....
On the menu, a smooth Japanese fusion cuisine that is played on small portions but they are just consistent enough. Sushi, sashimi and tempura are revisited with a lot of creativity but also meat grills for the greatest pleasure of Japanese food lovers. And it is a delight from start to finish, with many taste surprises and welcome flavours! We recommend kuro nigiri, an incredible assortment of sushi, and koji lamb for its delicious sweet and sour blend. For dessert, hazelnut bar chocolate, a chocolate cake that melts as you wish, is the icing on the cake. In short, it is an excellent address and one of the best Japanese restaurants in Florida.
