POLLY HILL ARBORETUM
Arboretum to admire a wide variety of plants mainly native to the Atlantic coast in West Tisbury
The American horticulturalist Polly Hill founded this arboretum in 1958. Before that, the premises were occupied by her family. You will be able to admire a wide variety of plants mainly from the Atlantic coast, as well as native flowers from the island, including azaleas and camellias. The Visitors' Centre is only open from May to October, but the arboretum is open all year round. Spring and summer are of course the best seasons to discover it. A beautiful place to fill up with greenery.
