Aquinnah Clay Cliffs which are the main reason why tourists go to the Up-Island.

They make the reputation of Aquinnah and are the main reason why tourists come to the Up-Island. Aquinnah's clay cliffs deserve every compliment. Before being renamed Aquinnah Cliffs, the area was long known as the "Gay Head" for the vibrant colours that animate its cliffs. The cliffs are protected and it is forbidden to touch or climb them. At the highest point, the Gay Head Light proudly dominates. At the foot of the cliffs is Jungle Beach, a beach that is not only beautiful but also nudist.
