Locally rooted with its vats named after the surrounding villages and its Cajun sessions and live concerts on weekends, this microbrewery has been a must since 2010. Its tasting room allows you to discover its house nectars and to study the case in detail, you can opt for four samples for US$12 or a pint for US$6.50. You can also enjoy a snack of delicious wood-fired pizzas, and don't forget the Sunday zydeco brunch. Private tours are available for a fee to get a behind-the-scenes look at the place.
