Cosy restaurant serving French cuisine with traditional quality dishes
Recently opened on the Magny-Cours circuit, Le Molière offers simple, quality cuisine in a friendly, cosy atmosphere. On the menu are traditional dishes such as excellent wood-fired grills (from the inevitable entrecôte to grilled ham, for example), as well as gratins and pasta dishes. On the day we visited, we enjoyed a simple but effective steak with braised endives perfumed with thyme and honey, with baked potatoes and tomatoes. A good address if you want to visit the famous circuit.
