In the heart of the Alsatian Jura, there has been a peasant hostel since 1893. This pleasant establishment does not look like an old and old hostel! The decor is warm, the decor is neat. The owners of the place have taste. Good taste! The refinement is appreciated by decoration, clear colours, bright rooms, and it is enjoyed with carefully prepared dishes. Different menus are offered, such as the Gourmet menu at € 38, the Auberge menu at € 29. Dial your local menu for 22 € and select your entry, dish and dessert. As we said, the map offers an important choice. Brief selection: a salmon talomone with potatoes for 10 €, la of snails to morels at 10,50 €, fish sauerkraut at 18 €, onion pie or salad of hearty Munster at 6,50 € room. The wine list is very detailed and carefully selected wines. This delicious cuisine with a true taste, with subtle scents made the salt from this restaurant. The house also offers a range of products to be taken, including the homemade fat liver, the Guérinot champagne cuvée of reserve sold 14 € the bottle, homemade jams etc.
