Samuel, the French chef at the head of this new restaurant in the Paradise Bay hotel, offers a nice fusion of two culinary cultures, the French and the Bahamian. The setting is great, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is very friendly, especially during the campfire evenings organized every week. Tapas, burgers or more elaborate dishes such as lobster tempura or chicken Colombo will delight your taste buds with a breathtaking view on Paradise Bay. For dessert, don't miss the red fruit éclair.
