LA NOZALEDA
Located in the heart of the beautiful village of Bueño, this new restaurant opened in July 2017, has been set up in the centuries-old walls of the old El Colorao which it kept while renovating the place to make it a asturian casona. On the ground floor or upstairs the dining rooms are clear and with beautiful views of the village from large windows. In the furnaces, it is José Baizán, Asturian and disciple of Basque Martín Berasategui who is responsible for offering traditional cuisine on the fresh products of the market. In particular, you can enjoy home-made activities such as fabada or cachopo or opt for the entrecch accompanied by candied peppers. Fish on the vizcaína will be marked with a mushstew of mushrooms and seafood. At the dessert, you may be tempted by the duvet or by millefeuille. Good wine card from all over Spain. On the terrace or the barra, you can also go to the picoteo, patatas bravas, ham croquettes…
