For its decoration, this restaurant displays white, delicate for the dining room, in lace form for the awning which houses the outdoor terrace, and for the interior terrace. A delicate impression complemented by a fine light or a roof roof, white also, to filter light. This concern for refinement is found on the plates, already in their presentation, since Chief Claudio Vidal gives him special care: bags for the assortment of entries, small bouquet of flowers on certain dishes and original visual creations for desserts… Flavours are also available, with special menus for the season and market. You may taste his little pies lined with mushrooms or his fish tempura, or why not one of his creations, the bluefin tuna tartar, accompanied by her tan, a garlic soup. In dessert, you can crack without problems for one of the coolers creations or textured. Neither the torta del Casar nor the excellent wines of Ribera del Guadiana will be forgotten. At the entrance, a more bodega space allows for the tapeo.
