GAEC OLIVIER LAPORTE
Located in Maux, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, the Laporte Guy farm specializes in breeding Charolais beef. Since 2005, Olivier Laporte, a farmer from father to son, has managed the family business and processed the meat directly in the farm's laboratory. Visitors have the opportunity to discover the Charolais cow-breeding profession during a visit lasting around 1h30 by appointment. After the tour, visitors can stop off at the farm's adjoining sales outlet to sample products made from their meat, including beef terrines. Deliveries are also available to the Nevers, Lyon and Paris regions.
