Kreuz's Market is the place to go for quality meat, and has been since 1875! Barbecuing is no joke here. There are two rules to observe: firstly, you eat with your hands - the only way to really enjoy a good barbecue. So don't ask where the cutlery is! Secondly, barbecue here is prepared and eaten without sauce, known in the jargon as dry rub. Don't ask for sauce, it would be a sin! They also sell great souvenirs, like t-shirts with their logo on them.
