Not necessarily the most historic, but perhaps the most authentic of Lockhart's barbecues. We love the simplicity of the place and the generosity of the portions, especially the side dishes. Just look at all those bean varieties! But that doesn't take anything away from the meat, which is perfectly prepared here too, with no rules whatsoever imposed.

Super ce barbecue à Lockhart. Cadre sans chichis mais agréable. Je reviendrai sûrement.
